The Sky's the Limit: Pinpoint Potential
All presenters are required to register for the conference.
Commercial solicitation is prohibited at all presentations. If you are representing a commercial interest, your presentation must be educational in nature. If the essential purpose of a proposal is to promote books, materials, or services for sale, it will not be accepted. If you are interested in promoting books, materials, or services for sale, please see our sponsors page.
Acceptance/rejection notification will be sent via email to the primary presenters. It is the responsibility of the primary presenter to relay that information to all co-presenters.
- A well-written proposal and abstract will enhance your application. Check for spelling errors before submitting!
- It is critical that the title and session description reflect the content of your proposed session. Attendees depend on this description, printed in the conference program, to determine which sessions to attend.
- Poor evaluation scores often result when the printed abstract bears little relation to the actual presentation. This is the most often mentioned criticism on the individual evaluations.
- Deadline for submitting is May 31, 2019. Late proposals will not be accepted. Do not wait until the last day to submit your proposal.
